Our Shipment Method
All of our orders are dispatched through UPS Express. To make your Rosec Jewels purchase special we keep our shipping process transparent. As soon as, the shipment is dispatched, an e-mail confirming the same is sent to the customer along with the shipment-tracking information. This way, customers can stay updated with their order in transit.
Please Note - We proceed with the shipment of your order once it has been gone through the process for quality control. This helps us to ensure best quality in gemstone jewelry for our customers.
Once we have received the order confirmation, it usually takes 7 business days to dispatch the shipments via UPS Express. Once the product has been shipped, it takes around 4-5 business days to deliver it to your doorstep.
Please note - Although, we try to make our deliveries as fast as possible, any delay arising is completely circumstantial. And since our deliveries are made through third party services, any unexpected delay in delivery will be resolved jointly by Rosec Jewels’ Customer Care, UPS Express Assistance and the customer.

Additional Shipping Information
Sales Tax & Other Charges - All your shipments are prepaid for any additional tax and handling charges.
Packaging Details - All of our items are delivered in our signature Rosec Jewels Gift box. However, for an added layer of protection we make use of distinguished packaging material for all the packages.
Shipping Address Changes - In case of wrong address or any related changes, the same should be informed to us within 24 hours of order placement. You can write to us or call us to raise a request for address change. However, it should be noted that once your product is shipped, the address change request cannot be made. Although, we would be obliged to get your issue sorted to the best of our abilities should such address related issue were to arise.
Weekend & Holiday Deliveries
All of our deliveries are scheduled as per the operations of UPS Express services on any particular day. Fortunately, our delivery partner allows delivery of commercial packages from Mon-Sat. That gives us an extra day of week to schedule your shipments.
