Rosec Return Policy
Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we make it really convenient and hassle free to return the purchase for a full refund or exchange within a span of 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges and Custom Duties are not refundable. We cover the shipping cost of the return, we provide the free UPS return shipping label to make the process easy for you.
We also offer one Complimentary Resizing within a span of 30 days from the day you have received the ring. Resizing includes standard shank rings and vintage rings with maintaining the design integrity. Eternity Rings cannot resize due to the design. If the ring is resized then it is considered a final sale.
Refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account from the day the product has been received by our facility.

Non Refundable Items
All return(s), including free gift(s) should be “unworn and new” and in salable condition and if item is showing obvious signs of wearing or damaged will not be accepted and no refund will be issued in this case.
Custom or Personalized Orders cannot be returned. Engraved and Embossed jewelry is not applicable for return. Special or Sale Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return without Rosec Jewels Merchandise, Jewelry Certificate, and Paperwork will be refused.
How to Return Order?
Please follow the mentioned process to return the order to Rosec Jewels:
• Raise a request for return the within 30 Days of delivery, so we can initiate the process as soon as possible.
• A free UPS return shipping label will be emailed you, once we receive the return request raised by you. Please write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the top of the box with other labels and details, then you need to post the article through UPS.
• Kindly pack the items in the original merchandise and box include Diamond, Gemstone, or Fine Jewelry Certificate or appraisal(s). Your return must include all the paperwork and articles delivered to you, otherwise, your order is not eligible for a refund.
• The shipping label we provide has insurance policy, if you are not returning through our label, then we recommend insuring your return shipment, as if the order got lost or stolen then we are not responsible.
• Once we received your order at our facility of the USA, UK, Japan, UAE, and India, you will receive a confirmation email of that the article is reached to us.
• The item then go through the Quality Assurance process held by our experts, it will take 1-2 Business Days, once it passed the process then we proceed with the refund.
• If the article is not in the 'new and unworn condition' then client shall be responsible and no refund will be issue.
• The Refund may take up to 10 Business Days show in your bank. We usually refund the amount in the original payment method, if you have special request you can mention it to us.
• Please note that the holiday and festive times may exceed the time of the refund, we will appreciate your patience.
