We were unlucky enough to have our delivery impacted by a blizzard which caused significant shipping issues with UPS but the seller was extremely responsive daily throughout the issue working with us. Right before needing to have a replacement ring sent we finally had UPS deliver our originally ordered ring which turned out to be a perfect fit and just as lovely as pictured in the ad.
