All items will  be returned to one of our offices as per your location. Our offices are in USA, UK, Japan, UAE and India. Feel free to contact us!

  • If any buyer is not 100% satisfied with the product(s), we shall gladly accept free return within a span of 30 days on the below mentioned conditions.
  • If any damage is encountered to the product upon delivery, it should be immediately brought to our notice for the procedure ahead.
  • Returns, including any free gift(s), must be unworn and should be in the state which you had received them.
  • All the packaging, instructions, warranties and accessories, as applicable, must be included in the package to be returned.
  • Customized or Personalized Orders/Engraved or Embossed Products can’t be accepted as return because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or ineffective.
  • If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the product(s), we shall gladly accept exchange within a span of 30 days.
  • If any item (part or whole) is not returned in its original condition, the customer shall be responsible for any loss in the total value.
  • In case of exchange, customers will be responsible for return shipping and insurance.
  • Customized or Personalized Orders/Engraved or Embossed Products can’t be exchanged because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or ineffective.
  • Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped and will be provided a full refund of the amount paid to us.
  • In case of a prepaid order, a customer must make a request for the refund of the amount prior to cancellation of order. The request will be taken care of and a refund will be initiated within next 10 working days after the request is made.
  • In case of return of any product by the customer, the refund will be brought to effect only after an inspection of the product.
  • Any dispute arising shall be resolved after mutual understanding & conversation with the customer and all the participating bodies.

If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer shall be liable for any loss in the total value.

Customers should be responsible for return shipping and insurance.
