The delivery timings are as per the policies of our delivery partners.

All the packages are insured on their invoice value and shipping is completely the responsibility of our shipping partner.

Shipping Address can only be modified before the product is shipped. Once the product is dispatched, it totally depends upon the delivery partner for any changes in the address. Therefore, we recommend you to notify us of any such modification within 24 Hrs of order placement. You can contact us should you need any assistance in regard to Delivery Address. When your order is ready for dispatch, a separate shipping email including tracking information will be sent to you.

We generate Refund request for the returned order within 3-7 working days after receiving the product back to our warehouse and after that it depends on your bank to reflect the refund in your account.

Return Shipments can be sent via FedEX, UPS or USPS at the customer’s expense.

All return shipments should be sent back to us on our India Store.

The Exchange of any product may take around 2-3 Weeks.

Customized or Special Orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if the product is damaged, we can arrange for the exchange of the same.

We offer FREE Shipping for international orders over US $500. Orders below US $500 are charged US $40 each. Shipments are sent via FedEX, UPS or USPS.

Our Prices are Exclusive of all the Taxes and Duties. The destination country may impose customs fee, import duties, taxes, compliance and other government agency charges as per the norms of the International order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance.

In order to place a cancel request for any product. Contact Us or write to us at care@rosecjewels.com However, once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Therefore, we recommend our customers to place the cancel request within 24 Hrs of order placement.

Yes, we offer customization on our products. However, it must be kept in mind that customized products will not be eligible for Return or Exchange because of their nature.

 

You can pay through various payment offered by us including payment through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking with us. We have integrated various payment gateways on our site to make online payment easier for you.

No, we Do Not offer Cash-On-Delivery.

No, we Do Not offer Credit Card EMI but our products are available on Amazon.com and can be ordered from there should you wish to avail Credit Card EMI.

In case of any Online Transaction Failure, we recommend you to contact your Bank.

If your bank account is debited for the payment and your order is not placed, then your order amount will be refunded by us withing 7-10 working days to your bank account.
