    If your bank account is debited for payment and your order is not placed, then your order amount will be refunded by us with 7-10 working days within your bank account.

    We offer free 30-day return/exchange on all defective/damaged products purchased with us. In this policy, you can intimate the return t order to us within 3 days after the  receipt of  the shipment

    What if the product delivered to me is a defective/damaged or wrong product?

    In case the product received is defective/damaged or wrong order, then you can Contact us and inform us about it within 3 days after delivery of the order. A replacement or refund will be provided for your order As soon as we receive back the shipment.

    How many days will it take for the refund of my returned order?

    We generate refund request for your returned order within 3-7 working days after receiving the product back in our warehouse & post that it depends on your bank to reflect refund in your account.

    Our prices are exclusive of all the taxes and duties and Customers are  liable to pay all the import duties and taxes as applicable in their country.

    What about my return shipping costs and insurance charges?

     All returns/exchanges from International destinations are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by Rosec for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.

    We maintain your jewelry piece for a lifetime. Free services covered under Lifetime Warranty are:

    The shipping and insurance costs for sending the product back to us is to be borne by the customer only.

    When can my shipment be delayed?

    In normal cases, shipping may take 5-12 working days depending omn the location of the customer . But in case of Natural calamity or bad weather conditions our deliveries may get postponed or delayed. Rosec.com will not hold any liability based on any such delay.

    Are all the shippings free?

    We ship international orders over US $500 for FREE, orders below US $500 are     charged US $40 each. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

    What can be the possible goverment compliances in regard to my shipment of the product?

    The local customs officer of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs officer to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

    Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.

    What is the Ring Resize Policy?

    We offer one free ring resizing within the first year. The customer is only responsible for return shipping.In subsequent purchases the price may vary due to increase in metal weight or diamonds

    What is the pre -requisite to return my product?

    For return the piece should be unworn and in the same condition as it was delievered and the customer should intimate his wish to return to us within 3 days of the delievery of the product and the same should be recei ved by us within 30 days of the delievery.
